I know you’re super excited to book your Spring Portraits, but the million dollar question: do you know what you’re wearing? 🤪
The graphic to the left is a beautiful example of some cohesive pieces with a nice, cool theme. Without all being the same color!! See how the skirt pulls blues from the navy pullover and the little blue button up? Adding patterns is a great way to create a cohesive look, just pull a couple of colors out and use it as your starting piece for your outfit planning!
Pastels are AWESOME for spring portraits, but if your style is more bold – have at it!! A good portrait captures YOU, and if that’s neon pink & bold chartreuse or light blue & sage green, let your outfits reflect you and what makes you happy.
Do you need more outfit inspiration for your spring portraits or family portrait session? Pinterest is always my go to, it can help you with color ideas and adding a little flare to what you would normally wear. Kick it up a notch and make sure you’re accessorizing! Scarves, necklaces, a nice belt, or hat can go a long way.
You could also choose your location and plan your outfits to coordinate with the backdrop, like this beautiful momma did to the right. In case you’re wondering, the beautiful azaleas in this photo are at one of my favorite parks in Salisbury, Hurley Park on April 10, 2022.
Ready to book your session? Just head over to the Session Scheduler page! I can’t wait to see you!
